Leach and Ledesma both reviewed Unit 7 for their unit test this week. Leach will test tomorrow, and Ledesma will test on Wednesday! Bothers and Katz began reviewing for the Milestones that we will take after Spring Break!
Students continued to learn how to graph and problem-solve on the coordinate plane! They also learned to draw polygons on the coordinate plane, determine distance between two points, and reflect points! Bothers and Katz will test Unit 7 this Friday, and Leach and Ledesma will test next week (possibly Tuesday).
Today, Mrs. Leach's and Ledesma's classes learned about absolute value. Mrs. Katz's classes learned to graph in all 4 quadrants. Mrs. Bothers's classes learned to determine the distance between points and to draw polygons on the coordinate plane.
Today, students learned about and/or reviewed using integers to represent real-world situations, opposite numbers, locating numbers on a number line, and comparing/ordering. Some classes also learned about absolute value and graphing in all 4 quadrants of the coordinate plane. Homework: Bothers: MSG p. 250 OR 251; MobyMax is also due Monday! Katz: No HW Leach: Comparing and Ordering Integers Practice sheet/puzzle Ledesma: MSG p. 240-241; MobyMax on Integers due Monday! MobyMax on Coordinate Plane due next week!
